I would highly recommend their number one brown sugar boba. I'm always lucky to get the freshly made boba, which is soft, bouncy, and dances in my mouth. For red bean lovers, the red bean milk tea is a great choice. Personally, I like my drinks on the less sweet, so I always order no sugar and add crème brûlée on top. The service is excellent and has never let me down. The space is limited since it shares a space with another restaurant, but it's definitely a must-try place!

Had to pick up a friend nearby so found this place to be a good meeting spot for a drink. Plenty of parking spots and street parking or even in the next lot. It seemed to specialize in cheese mousse or salted cheese. Very similar to Happy Lemon and I do like Happy Lemon's salted cheese. Since it was already after 5pm and I still wanted to be able to sleep at night, I only got a small Cheese Mousse Mountain Green Tea. Otherwise I would have gotten a large Cheese Mousse Oolong tea. The taste was not bad. I should have gotten more than 25% sugar, but all good. Refreshing and I would visit again. Wonder how their regular milk tea would taste.

My favorite place for mango chi chi! Been going to this spot for many years since they opened back in 2017. I love the owner, he's a stand up guy! When I come here, I always order the mango chi chi with extra cheese during mango season, or the dragon fruit chi chi, or the puff cream milk tea. I hope he opens a spot in Vacaville CA.

This hole in the wall is a great place to stop by when trying to quench your thirst or satisfy your boba cravings! Ordering was fast and it took them about 10 minutes to make our drinks with one customer ahead of us. This place does have an option to order online as well! The drinks we tried were boba milk tea, mango tea and brown sugar boba with cream brûlée. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors. Now I really want to rave about the cups they use! They are durable!!! They also have a little section on the lid where you can flip it up to insert your straw but also close it back up if you are saving it for later. This comes in handy to avoid spills, especially when transporting drinks in the car. My daughter accidentally dropped her drink while trying to get in the car, but it was saved due to the harder plastic material and type of lid they use. These are much better than the normal sealed lids that most boba spots offer. So if there is one thing they shouldn't change, it's their cups and lid. Furthermore, my family and I have officially made this spot our go-to when we are in the area. We will definitely return to try out other drinks that sounded enticing like the yakult teas and cheese mousse drinks. They also have a wall decorated to take aesthetically pleasing IG worthy photos if you're up for it.

A small boba shop that looks more like shabby storefront yet they served Chinese fast food take-out and bubble tea no room for dine-in. Upon entry we were greeted very warmly by the staff and the prices are down right cheap for those on a shoestring budget Bro chose one large size Thai milk tea 50% less sweetness for $4.75! I chose lemon yakult a very healthy nutrious tea for $5.50 large size with regular ice. You can place your order through self service kiosk or at the front counter. Definitely a place to go for all you're thirst quencher for a cool refreshment on a hot summer day. Here they provide parking for its customers share with other business though depending time and a day it can be a miss or hit.

My wife had a 5-star deal BOGO for the Puff Cream Boba Milk Tea only. I didn't mind because that was my favorite drink here at Royaltea USA. Creamy, sweet but savory. The milk tea was flavorful. The service was friendly and patient.

Really nice spot to get your bubble tea especially when walking around that area! However, this place needs a clean up specially the backend. Also, staff should pay attention to customers rather than looking at their phones all the time. Anyways, I got Oreo Milk Tea and could feel all the Oreo crumbs from it. I also like the hard plastic of the cup and also the design of it. Will be coming back soon though haha
